Roller Skiing

We try to provide route options to help keep everyone together regardless of speed, but these workouts are not recommended for beginner roller skiers. Classic or skate are both fine, but most tend to be on skate skis and the pace is generally geared to wave 1 - wave 4 Birkie skate skiers.

Helmets are required.  Gloves, high visibility clothing, and knee pads, and water are recommended.
